We can set up for the design and execution of a full-scale strategy and plan across marketing, business development and channel to enter the new market that you want to be part of.  This can be done in close collaboration with your team who can share data and experiences of other markets to hold up against the light of the new market's characteristics.

The cream of the crop is of course a long term partnership and collaboration in which you outsource your complete go-to-market to APL Scoring's team.  We will build a strategy and execution plan and once we have an agreement on it, we'll execute it in total transparency with you as a true extension of your own teams.

Whilst we have certain preset scenarios in which we combine our services, it is of course possible to mix and match the individually with your needs.  Based on the strategy and plan, we can mirror the resource needs against your own resources and simply choose to complement with ours where you need them.

If your business grows and gains momentum, there will come a time where it starts to make sense for you to start up your own subsidiary in EMEA or North America, to build a legal entity and attract your own team.  We will help with that and even put it down from the start that certain members who have been dedicated to your project can become part of your new branch.

We have a documented travel & expense policy and will follow that for all our required travel and engagements during the execution of your project. We can of course, discuss the details and if needed, align it with any stipulations you have in yours should there be differences you find unacceptable.  But we are pragmatic people and I am sure you'll find ours very reasonable.
